These Intuition Nature Walks are just that and not a hike for those who are looking to get super fit. A great opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded people who share similar soulful interests, not to mention to see some of Cape Town magical spots, as we slow the pace down to re-connect within.
Being within powerful nature landscapes slows down one's pace to smell the flowers along the way and take in the breathtaking scenery, regenerating our energy for life with its unpredictable turns. It also dilutes extreme individualism and its inevitable aloneness. Being out in nature for longer periods can be about a journey to a place where disordered, uncontrolled life can have expression because it is held. Nature can hold you in balance; in its tranquillity and harmony of beingness.
The walks have been designed for all ages (the ages range from 18 - 72 amongst those who normally come along on my regular Sunday Intuition Walks). Children are also welcome on the Sunday walks.

EXPLORE INTUITION THROUGH NATURE... since March 2004
On Sunday 28tht June 2009 at 10am you are invited to join us for a leisurely walk suitable for most levels of fitness. The meeting point is on Tafelberg Road (the Road where the the lower Cable car is located), at the start of the Saddle Path Walk. From our start point, we will take a fairly easy upward zigzagging walk to the Lower Contour Path, which runs parallel directly above Tafelberg Road. The route will then take us on a level path past the Silver Stream waterfall, which flows in winter. Then on to the Fire outlook, which has spectacular views of Kloof Nek and Camps Bay. As we take in the breath taking views we will enjoy a lunch break here. The route will take us back the same with alternative views. The weather forecast is set to be partly cloudy... temp max 19°c / min 11°c
The next group walk after the 28th of June 2009, will be on Sunday the 12th of July 2009 starting at 10am. Details to be advised - Open to all
